Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Lead Person to oversee day-to-day activities at the Distribution Center and assist the Warehouse Supervisor. This role requires leading several employees, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate paperwork while driving performance and teamwork.

Responsibilities include training new staff, monitoring workloads, performing cycle counts, and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Able to instruct and train new employees.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to perform physical inventory counts/cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of distribution center staff.
• Monitor workloads and shift coverage; assist as needed.
• Fill in for Warehouse Supervisor as needed and handle emergencies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA forklift standards.
