Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Lead Person to oversee day-to-day activities in our Distribution Center, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This role ensures safe operations, trains new employees, and drives efficiency on the floor.

Responsibilities include supervising multiple staff, managing workload distribution, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records with WMS. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS and forklift operation.
• Ability to read and write legibly and complete paperwork.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of several employees at the Distribution Center.
• Instruct and train new employees.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate workloads and lead by example with servant leadership.
• Assist with any floor duties as needed and cover for absent staff.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure timely completion of tasks.
