Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, material handling, logistics, inventory, or related operational experience.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead, Lead Material Handler, Warehouse Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work across multiple team members and changing requirements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts handling.
• Ability to train and direct team members on processes and safety.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to develop, monitor, and communicate operational metrics and KPIs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and experience with inventory/warehouse systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower based on daily needs and priorities.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, movement, storage, staging, and distribution.
• Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to Material Handlers.
• Manage performance to meet service levels, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Train and support team members on systems, processes, safety, and equipment.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs related to warehouse performance.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to align warehouse activities with priorities.
• Communicate changes in priorities, resources, and risks to teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain long-term storage, organization, and traceability of parts and equipment.
• Support inventory accuracy and proper documentation of material movement.
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
• Perform hands-on warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed.
