Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of warehouse associates and assign daily work.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory movement.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Use WMS to monitor orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve shipment issues and maintain on-time delivery.
• Ensure accurate shipping/receiving and inventory integrity.
• Track KPIs like productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping; implement improvements.
• Coach and develop staff through training and feedback.
• Maintain safety in line with OSHA and company procedures.
