Job summary

S&S Activewear in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for Shipping to guide QA efforts and supervise the distribution center team. You will oversee QA for incoming and outgoing goods, train staff, and ensure processes meet quality and safety standards.

The role runs Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 AM–9:30 PM, paying $21.89 per hour, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and capable of reading/speaking English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to changing start times.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping team and provide QA guidance within assigned tasks.
• Maintain QA databases and ensure data accuracy for inspections and reports.
• Run daily and weekly reports; analyze outcomes for process improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement process improvements in the DC.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet safety, accuracy, and KPI standards.
• Train and supervise new hires; ensure safety compliance and productivity.
