Job summary

S&S Activewear seeks a Team Lead for the Distribution Center in California. You will guide team members, ensure processes are followed, and support training to keep safety and efficiency high.

The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 10am–6:45pm, at $18.50/hour. You will monitor orders, operate warehouse equipment, train new hires, and uphold KPI targets in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to read and speak English.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Strong math and counting abilities for inventory and orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members in distribution center tasks.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintain SOPs and ensure accuracy in audits and records.
• Support process improvements and cross-training as needed.
