Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in the United States to guide the receiving or shipping function and supervise associates. You will ensure accurate, timely shipments, support inventory control activities, and coordinate with leadership on resource planning.

You will promote a safe workplace, provide coaching to team members, and participate in performance conversations to optimize throughput and quality in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience (distribution center, inventory, transportation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software (WMS, TMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping) and supervise associates.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support inventory control with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve discrepancies and allocate resources.
• Promote a safe work environment through training and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members and participate in performance reviews.
