Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
• Strong process improvement mindset with focus on continuous growth.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products; experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping), directing associates and troubleshooting issues.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support inventory control training and conduct cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes.
• Count and verify products before storage; report shortages, damages, and missed shipments to management.
• Ensure orders are checked for quantity, quality, labeling, and accuracy before shipping.
