Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the receiving or shipping function and guide team members toward efficient operations. The role reports to the Distribution Center Manager and requires strong supervision and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy of orders while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping) and direct associates within the function.
• Assist in supervising inbound/outbound shipments to ensure correctness and timeliness.
• Aid in inventory control, cycle counts, and physical counts for accuracy and organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory discrepancies and staffing/equipment needs.
• Ensure safety training and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
