Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is hiring for an Operations Leader in Dallas to supervise receiving/shipping, drive inventory control, and coach a team of warehouse associates. You will coordinate counts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of shipments.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain, MS Office proficiency, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems. Candidates must meet safety requirements and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
• Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving or shipping function and supervise associates.
• Assist in supervising inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support inventory control with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Accurately count products prior to storage and compare to manifests.
• Report shortages, damages and missed shipments to management.
• Verify contents of orders and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate relocation, replenishment and consolidation of products as directed.
• Provide resource guidance on staffing and equipment allocation.
• Support safety training and enforce procedures across the team.
• Provide input into performance reviews and development plans.
