Job summary

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and uphold safety and food-quality standards. You will supervise, train and develop staff while ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Purchasing and Transportation, enforcing HACCP/GMP guidelines, and leading safety initiatives. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is necessary.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP food-safety guidelines.
• Ability to use a computer and tablet for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and equipment use.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and safe, compliant practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Transportation.
• Conduct safety huddles and enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support staffing and scheduling; backup for lower-level roles.
• Communicate updates via email/Teams and manage workflow.
