Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support teams and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transact shipments and receipts in the system in real-time.
• Assist in the implementation and operation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ensure inventory processes are followed to optimize accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Report variances and errors to supervisor and inventory control teams.
• Enforce safety guidelines and GMPs to maintain a compliant environment.
• Improve pick, shipment, and receipt accuracy through KPI monitoring and improvements.
• Train and mentor new warehouse team members on best practices and safety.
