Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team in a 24/7 GMP environment in Holly Springs, NC. You will supervise receipt, storage, transfers, and shipping of GMP materials, coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and SC Planning, and ensure ongoing inspection readiness and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement mindset, and the ability to manage a large, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities including receipt, storage, distribution, and shipment of GMP materials.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet production schedules and GMP compliance.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities across related teams and SOPs.
• Maintain SOPs and drive process improvements in the warehouse.
• Lead cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy with CMMS.
• Ensure 24/7 operations safety and compliance with training and procedures.
