Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area (preferred).
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience within the foodservice industry (preferred).
• Supervisory experience (preferred).
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and guiding.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading of trucks.
• Maintains proper stock rotation with first-in/first-out procedures.
• Demonstrates strong service quality and ensures team understands their roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of materials handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
