Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations at a distribution center. You will guide a team of Warehouse Associates, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with a manager to drive efficiency and performance.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced environment. The role may require overtime, travel, and physical effort as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading a team to achieve goals; supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi‑task with good time management.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment in a safe manner.
• Collaborates with different departments to meet demands of the business.
• Communicates issues to the supervisor that can arise from loading/unloading.
• Keeps up to date with new systems and technology.
• Participates in daily inventory processes, auditing and researching discrepancies.
• Demonstrates reliability and commitment to punctuality.
• Ensures timely reporting of loads/returns compliance within industry standards and communication mechanisms.
• Participates in goal setting and takes accountability for results.
• Enforces company compliance standards.
• Supports an environment that fosters open and positive team communication.
• Enforces location safety management plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned (may vary by client requirements).
