Job summary

Getman Corporation in Bangor, MI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will coach and develop a team of 8–10 associates, schedule tasks, and ensure adherence to safety policies and production timelines.

You will drive performance improvements, coordinate equipment maintenance, and lead hiring and training efforts to meet customer expectations and internal deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent qualification or a combination of job-related education.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Experience supervising a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software; formal equipment training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to align with production schedule.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team (8-10 members); conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and participate in hiring/training.
• Ensure KPIs and safety goals are met and maintained.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and drive improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance of material handling equipment as needed.
• Initiate requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support loading of large equipment and ensure safety procedures.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
