Qualifications

• Minimum of five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, fabrication, and shipping processes.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into warehouse operations and company standards.
• Retrain, coach, and develop current associates to improve performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Lead projects related to new warehouse technologies, systems, and process improvements.
• Provide leadership coverage for Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager during absences or as needed.
• Identify quality, housekeeping, and safety concerns; implement corrective actions with leadership.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and are properly maintained.
• Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Promote a positive work environment and lead by example.
