Job summary

Getman Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain material flow, perform staging for transfers, and support daily warehouse operations.

You will use ERP (Epicor) to enter part transactions, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with the team to meet production needs. Candidates with 1–3 years of related experience and a forklift license are preferred.

This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement, including 5S and process improvements, in a high-traffic facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain overhead crane certification within 60 days of hire.
• Basic ERP and computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Route items from receiving to correct warehouse locations.
• Move WIP parts through production using material handling equipment.
• Replenish inventory locations as needed.
• Stage parts for internal transfers between Getman facilities.
• Enter part transactions into ERP (Epicor) and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with daily facility upkeep and safety checks.
• Collaborate with Warehouse team and other departments to meet production needs.
