Job summary

The Bangor Warehouse Supervisor at Getman Corporation oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring shipping/receiving, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus 3 years in warehouse/manufacturing/supply chain.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP-related software.

Responsibilities

• Daily completion of warehouse activities aligned with the Getman Production Schedule and planning partners.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team (8-10 members); conduct performance reviews and resolve issues.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees to maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure operational goals and KPIs are consistently met.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of material handling equipment as needed.
• Initiate requisitions for materials, supplies, equipment and tools as required.
• Support loading of large capital equipment for shipment with safety procedures.
