Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations in Bridgeport, WV. You will oversee receipts, storage, and shipments of parts, ensure accuracy against packing slips, and coordinate with QA and service teams to maintain airworthiness compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Office is preferred; safety awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operation and coordinate inventory.
• Receive over 760,000 items annually and verify against packing slips.
• Unload parts using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies to carrier.
• Unpack parts in a controlled environment and document receipts in SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor items and route to storeroom.
• Escalate problems to Materials Supervisor for timely disposition.
• Monitor fuel unloading for safety and spill mitigation per procedures.
