Job summary

VSE Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Parts Handler in Bridgeport, WV to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will receive over 760,000 items annually, unload with PIV, MHE and pallet jacks, and verify receipts against packing slips. You will log discrepancies, unpack parts into the SAP system, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure all receipts are documented and verified against the packaging slip.
• Cross-check boxes against the freight manifest and inspect for external damage.
• Report any damage or discrepancy to the carrier and log it on the inbound manifest.
• Unpack parts within a controlled environment and receive into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor parts and place in the approved container.
• Validate quantity discrepancies and documentation with the Quality Team.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certification to the storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with Storeroom, Repair Business and Service Center.
• Escalate problematic parts to the Materials Supervisor for timely resolution.
• Assist in clearing documents and open POs via SAP MB01 transactions.
• Monitor unloading fuel into storage tanks and respond to spills per procedures.
