Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience preferred.
• ERP system experience with inventory management preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisor/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory coordination with the team.
• Team player in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
• Receive and process up to 760k items annually with the team.
• Unload parts using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Document and verify all receipts against packaging slips.
• Cross-check boxes against manifests and inspect for damage.
• Report damages to carriers and route discrepancies for disposition with Quality.
• Unpack parts and ensure proper SAP receipt before dock removal.
• Match orders to incoming parts and place in approved container.
• Validate discrepancies and deviations with Quality.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certs to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with storeroom, repair and service center.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for resolution.
• Process SAP goods receipts and reversals MB01.
• Monitor fuel unloading to storage tanks; act to prevent or mitigate spills.
