Elevate quality by flagging damage and coordinating with the storeroom and service centers. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, basic English communication, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Document and verify all receipts against packaging slips.
• Cross-check boxes against freight manifests and inspect for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancies to the carrier immediately.
• Unpack parts in a controlled environment and document in SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor parts and store them accordingly.
• Validate quantity discrepancies and documentation gaps for Quality Team.
• Route new parts and their airworthiness certificates to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with storeroom, repair, and service centers.
• Escalate problematic parts to Materials Supervisor for resolution.
• Assist in clearing documents and open POs with SAP MB01 MB01.
• Monitor unloading fuel and manage spills per procedures.
