Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ related experience in a federal records center or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy under 1% error.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership to motivate, guide, and delegate tasks; foster collaboration.
• Meet with client contacts to discuss logistics.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency with government personnel.
• Ensure security and conduct standards are followed by all personnel.
• Serve as liaison between contract staff and client to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to COR/Project Manager as needed.
• Maintain daily sign-in/out and accurate time logs.
• Remain on-site with limited exceptions.
• Train personnel and understand work processes for efficiency.
• Locate containers on shelving; verify pull lists; report discrepancies.
