• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists or reports.
• Remove containers, verify pull list accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with IDs facing outward.
• Move records to the Designated Disposal Review Area.
• Palletize, label, and shrink wrap disposable records.
• Validate space, load, transport records to their location; verify manifest.
• Retrieve batched requests and log processing times.
• Find requested files, pull, mark, and audit batches in logbooks.
• Prepare documents for scanning and verify image clarity.
• Use handheld device for basic data entry and daily totals.
• Perform other warehouse, records, or admin duties as assigned.
