Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in a Federal records environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate, guide, and delegate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy with ≤1% error in data/file ops.
• English reading/writing ability sufficient for job.
• Ability to pass security badge requirements.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty test.
• Ability to perform in labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership to motivate, guide, delegate tasks and foster collaboration.
• Meet with client or contact to discuss logistics as needed.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency with government personnel.
• Ensure personnel comply with standards of conduct, security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between staff and client to resolve issues.
• Escalate matters to COR/Project Manager as appropriate.
• Ensure sign-in/out and accurate time tracking; verify weekly totals.
• Remain onsite during performance with limited exceptions.
• Learn work processes to assist training personnel.
• Ensure labor tasks meet production standards.
• Locate containers/folders using pull lists and reports (up to 15’ high).
• Retrieve and verify documents; stage for auditing and disposal as needed.
• Move records to disposal area; palletize and shrink wrap containers.
• Retrieve batched requests; log and time-stamp batch processing.
