• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists and reports.
• Remove containers from shelving and verify accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with numbers visible.
• Move records to disposal review area and palletize as needed.
• Staff must confirm space requirements and transport records to designated locations.
• Retrieve batched requests and sign out batches in logbooks.
• Audit folders and reference requests and sign in completed batches.
