Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy with less than 1% error in data/file operations.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at job level.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull list; 15' heights may require a pulpit ladder.
• Remove containers; verify pull list accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with proper facing and visible IDs.
• Move records to disposal or designated areas; audit for accuracy.
• Palletize containers, shrink wrap, and label disposable records.
• Retrieve batched requests and sign out with time logs.
• Scan/digitize documents; prepare for scanning and verify image quality.
