Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing, 1+ year in leadership, forklift experience, WMS familiarity, and basic technical skills. OT and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
• Forklift operating experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with WMS.
• Basic computer navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends
