Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel's Contract Logistics team in Colorado seeks a hands-on warehouse supervisor to lead a small crew, coordinate daily operations, and drive continuous improvement with a 5S mindset. You will ensure safe, accurate, and efficient handling of goods and timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, 2+ years in supervision, 1 year operating powered industrial trucks, and experience with WMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through training, coaching, and motivation.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation.
• Implement continuous improvement actions and 5S in the workplace.
• Ensure safe operations, accurate shipments, and proper inventory records.
• Be flexible to work overtime when needed.
