Job summary

Advatix LATAM is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to ensure operations are performed under controlled conditions and to assist the supervisor with coaching and training team members. You will support production methods, labor planning, and adherence to client SLAs and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes lean practices, safety standards, and ongoing process improvements; distribution of work and performance discussions with staff are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 4-year college degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and use of warehouse automation equipment (RF, Voice, etc.) a plus.
• PC skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
• Superior attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and in team-lift environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in assigning work-direction to team members.
• Assist with determining production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables and KPIs.
• Collaborate with supervisor, team members and other departments to meet client SLA and KPI requirements.
• Provide ongoing information to supervisor regarding team member performance and participate in performance discussions.
• Support ISO audits and ISO certification requirements where applicable.
• Promote LEAN Methodology and LEAN Manufacturing activities.
• Promote 5-S to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; conduct audits as assigned.
• Regularly update work instructions and process flows.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support and maintain quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, and work instructions (ISO where applicable).
• All other duties as assigned.
