Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a Team Lead to oversee warehouse and production operations, ensuring safe, efficient performance under controlled conditions. You will coach and train team members and support the Operations Supervisor in achieving client SLAs and KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (degree preferred) and leadership experience in a warehouse setting; Lean manufacturing experience and familiarity with RF/Voice systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting is required.
• Lean manufacturing experience and warehouse automation (RF, Voice) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in assigning work and directions to team members while providing training and coaching.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other departments to meet client SLA and KPI targets.
• Assess production methods and labor needs to meet service deliverables and performance standards.
• Provide feedback on team member performance and participate in performance discussions.
• Support ISO audits and certification requirements with the ISO coordinator.
• Promote Lean manufacturing activities and ensure safety and quality policies are followed.
• Regularly update work instructions and process flows to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support corporate quality, health and safety standards and practices.
