ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee facility operations, including Receiving, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control, with accountability for budgeting and process improvements. The role requires leading supervisors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving cost-efficient operations.

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years in related roles, 4 years in supervision, and hands-on experience with warehouse management

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of operations, warehouse, distribution, or pick/pack experience.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing/warehouse supervision.
• Evidence of supervisory and leadership expertise with initiative and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication in team settings.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multi-priority management.
• Experience driving cost-control and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage facility operations to achieve company objectives across Receiving, Stocking, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Direct budgeting, cost-control measures, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Lead workflow to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee project management for client integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and Client Services to meet service goals.
• Prepare regular reporting for management and ensure ISO processes are up to date.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety committees.
