Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel tasks, monitor performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct physical counts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and train staff on procedures.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
