Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and lead daily inventory and warehouse operations in our Mississippi facility. You will oversee inventory control, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and productivity within your team.

Requirements include 2+ years in warehousing with supervisory experience, 2+ years in inventory/cycle counting, proficiency in Excel, forklift operation, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehousing environment with supervisory responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory roles including cycle counting.
• 1+ years of Excel experience enabling data entry and complex spreadsheets.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily inventory and warehouse operations.
• Oversee inventory control processes and maintain accurate system records.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards; support training and development.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed and supervisory team is supported.
