Qualifikationen

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Oversee daily work distribution to optimize shift performance.
• Inspire team toward KPI improvement using appropriate leadership styles.
• Orient new employees with needed information and tools.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork like picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to improve service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
