Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Allocate resources and assign daily tasks.
• Inspire team towards KPI improvements using leadership.
• Provide orientation and tools for staff.
• Promote health and safety in the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
