Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Greenwood, Indiana to supervise daily warehouse operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on a Monday–Friday schedule with a 2:30pm–10:00pm shift. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, RF scanning proficiency, and prior leadership in a warehouse setting, plus strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Assign daily work duties to team to ensure smooth shifts.
• Inspire team to meet KPI targets using effective leadership styles.
• Ensure safety and provide necessary information and tools to staff.
• Handle daily warehouse paperwork and reporting.
• Support training and orientation for new employees.
