Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a warehouse associate to lead routine material handling and line-support tasks at our U.S. facility. You will ensure a steady supply of materials, assist with kitting, and move parts to keep production flowing smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and preference for prior warehouse experience. You will work with safety PPE, use computer systems, and adhere to 5S practices daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous supply of materials to one or more production/assembly areas.
• Kitting materials on the production line to have all parts at origination.
• Pick parts from Kanban or storage areas and place into a bin (kit).
• Ensure correct parts are kept in appropriate quantities to support production.
• Maintain Water Spider stock at appropriate inventory levels including put up and receiving.
• Perform repetitive material supply tasks per detailed work directions.
• Operate PITs for delivery or picking of parts and supplies.
• Sort and count parts, supplies, and log inventory.
• Create and distribute labels and other admin work as applicable.
• Inspect parts for damage; record discrepancies and notify supervisor/purchasing.
• Use computer systems and respond to Andons.
• Trace or track lost parts and supplies.
• Maintain all certifications and complete required training.
• Daily 5S is required.
• Perform other duties, often in other groups.
