Job summary

Schneider Electric in El Paso, TX, seeks a material handler responsible for the routine and repetitive material support within the manufacturing facility. You will ensure the continuous supply of parts, perform kitting, and pick items from Kanban areas to keep the line moving smoothly.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to read blueprints, and potential forklift operation. This position is on-site with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must pass Work Keys Assessment.
• 0-2 years’ experience in material handling environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• May be required to read and understand blueprints.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous supply of materials to production areas.
• Kitting materials to keep line moving at steady pace.
• Pick parts from Kanban or storage areas and place into storage bin (kit).
• Ensure correct parts are kept in appropriate quantities to support production.
• May operate forklift truck or hand truck for delivery or picking.
