Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Technicians and Purchasing Coordinators in daily warehousing operations. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years warehousing/inventory experience in a manufacturing environment; 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators daily, provides assignments and training, and schedules work hours.
• Oversees stock control to ensure accurate, timely orders within budget.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance parts, tools, assets, and capital purchases; tracks items in inventory systems.
• Ensures purchase orders are created and allocated per budget; updates data and declining budgets as needed.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and company policies related to procurement; educates staff.
• Operates within budget, holds vendors accountable for billing accuracy and policy adherence.
• Assists Maintenance Director to define resources for projects.
• Maintains knowledge of OSHA regulations and assists with compliance.
• Identifies opportunities for more efficient practices.
• Develops forms and records for inventory control and project activities.
• Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports on inventory trends and capital items.
• Supports Notivus system, vendor approvals, contracts, CR&R compliance.
• Ensures health, safety, and cleanliness of the work environment and periodic tool inspections.
• Represents the community professionally on- and off-site.
• Escalates issues to appropriate parties.
• Occasional driving for company business with a company or personal vehicle.
