Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced warehouse lead to work across multiple departments within the distribution center, including pick, shipping, receiving, and replenishment. You will coach and train warehouse associates and support daily operations.

Under limited supervision you may lead the daily operations of a team, prioritize tasks, operate material handling equipment safely, and escalate issues as needed, while upholding safety policies and accuracy in inventory data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehousing or distribution center operations.
• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
• Experience leading junior warehouse associates or teams.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties and equipment operation.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Operates material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, stock and stage inventory.
• Ensures warehousing functions run smoothly and escalates issues to management.
• Verifies and enters product/shipment data into inventory system.
