Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Silverdale, WA to lead a team of Warehouse Technicians and Purchasing Coordinators in daily warehousing operations. You will oversee stock control, purchasing, and compliance with budget guidelines as directed by the Maintenance Director.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi. EPA 608, OSHA-10, and a valid state driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversees stock control and ensures orders are processed accurately and within budget.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance parts, tools, assets and capital purchases.
• Creates purchase orders and allocates them per budget; enters data into systems.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and ensures staff are familiar with procurement policies.
• Operates within budgets and holds vendors to billing accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assists Maintenance Director in defining resources for projects.
• Keeps up with OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Identifies opportunities for more efficient practices.
• Develops forms and records for inventory control and project activity reports.
• Provides Notivus system support and vendor approvals as needed.
• Ensures health, safety, and cleanliness of the work environment.
