Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing order picking and put-away activities. You will coordinate a team of 4–6, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time shipments while coaching staff on quality and safety.

You will lead meetings, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth product flow. Strong English communication, math skills, and customer service mindset are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.

• Lead safety and quality improvement discussions and training for the team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic inventories.
• Document attendance and manage team performance reviews.
