DAP is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead for our Baltimore Distribution Center. The role directs activities in the bare works, repack, and small parcel areas, and supports high-volume days to meet company goals.

Benefits include Pension Plan, 401(k) with match, health insurance, and more. Under the Operations Manager, you will lead the DC team, ensure safe operations, and drive continuous improvement across procedures, paperwork, and staffing.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a Warehouse Lead role or similar position.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
• Must be able to stand/walk for periods up to 3 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage projects required by DAP and customers; train and manage temporary workforce.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with DC policies.
• Ensure orders are prepared/shipped per policies with proper wrapping and paperwork; communicate issues to Operations Manager.
