Michele’s Granola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team in Timonium, MD. You will ensure safe work practices, manage timecards, and drive efficient distribution operations from receiving through shipping.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, strong communication, and a commitment to 5S, safety, and continuous improvement. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Clear, consistent and respectful communications with all warehouse team members.
• Attendance, punctuality and break time guidelines.
• Uniform, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized warehouses following safety practices.
• Operate powered equipment to keep the warehouse organized.
• Pull ingredients, supplies and finished goods via FIFO.
• Establish and maintain warehouses following 5S principles.
• Report facility and equipment issues promptly.
• Train new hires on distribution processes and procedures.
• Lead a daily distribution team meeting and report at daily materials team meetings.
• Oversee picking of finished goods for sale through locals and distribution channels.
