Job summary

Michele’s Granola is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team, ensuring safe practices and accurate timekeeping while managing daily distribution tasks. The role requires guiding new hires, conducting inventory checks, and driving improvements to efficiency and waste reduction.

The successful candidate will supervise picking, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with shipping to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Clear, respectful communication with the warehouse team.
• Attendance, punctuality, and proper uniform/hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates and verify timecards.
• Ensure safe work practices and clean, organized warehouses.
• Train new hires on distribution processes and procedures.
• Lead daily distribution team meetings and report at materials meetings.
• Oversee picking of finished goods for local sales and distribution channels.
• Conduct regular finished goods inventory audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow shipping procedures and perform quality checks at shipping.
• Date-mark and FIFO finished goods inventory.
• Uphold company values: quality, safety, community, service, leadership.
