Job summary

PowerPak Civil & Safety LLC is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Hanover, MD distribution center. You will own end-to-end operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery, while leading a lean team on the floor and building the center’s structure.

You will coordinate with drivers and carriers, ensure accurate orders, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Hands-on across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Own outcomes when things ship correctly and on time.
• Experience coordinating deliveries with drivers and third-party carriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery.
• Lead a lean team on the floor while building required structure.
• Coordinate fleet drivers, routing, and carriers to meet delivery commitments.
• Partner with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, throughput, and continuous improvement of daily work.
