The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in warehouse/receiving, forklift certification, and experience with RF devices, WMS, and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for vendor and team communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of warehouse/receiving experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of pallets, labels, etc.
• Experience with WMS and handheld devices (RF).
• Forklift operation experience and certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Ability to communicate with vendors.
• Data entry skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Receiving Department with focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Receive product into WMS, verify accuracy and UOM.
• Report discrepancies and troubleshoot received shipments.
• Support development of direct reports through coaching and training.
• Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
• Track receiving and employee productivity.
