Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure accurate order processing. This role connects the warehouse, independent contractors, and office staff to maintain workflow, compliance, and high operational performance.

Responsibilities include reading orders, training staff, moving materials, and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
• Flooring industry experience a plus.
• RFMS systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, and production tickets to determine daily make items.
• Participate in the training, development, and evaluation of subordinates.
• Move materials and items from production to receiving or other designated areas.
• Assist with enforcement of company policies.
• Assist staff in resolving problems/issues.
• Assist in developing corrective actions internally for plant.
• Support and adhere to all company disciplinary action procedures.
• Spend time anticipating potential problems and develops plans to prevent crises from occurring.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles to pick up or drop off needed products.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
